Our Team
We have a dedicated team of experienced childcare professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and education to our children. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be part of a close-knit team that works together to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for our young learners.
Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team, with a Level 2 or 3 Childcare qualification and previous experience working with children. As a keyworker, you will be responsible for ensuring every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Observe, assess, and plan for the development of your key children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Take ownership of the care and education of your assigned children, including creating a safe and engaging environment that promotes their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality approach to childcare and education.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to keep them informed about their child's progress and well-being.
