Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Direct projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring adherence to budgetary and scheduling requirements.
  • Pre & Post Contract Management: Manage all facets of pre-contract and post-contract responsibilities, including cost estimation, procurement processes, contract management, and final account reconciliations.
  • Contract Management: Effectively administer contracts, ensuring compliance with established terms and conditions.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution and successful completion.
  • Financial Oversight: Develop and oversee project budgets, delivering precise cost forecasts and financial documentation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster clear and effective communication with clients, contractors, and other involved parties.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Professional Cost Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in cost management, with a solid history of managing diverse projects.
  • Pre & Post Contract Expertise: In-depth knowledge and experience in managing pre and post-contractual responsibilities.
  • JCT Contract Knowledge: Strong understanding and application of JCT contracts.
  • Driving License: A valid UK driving license is required.
  • Educational Background: A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying from an accredited institution.
