About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as Level 3 Teaching Assistants, providing SEND support to children aged 3 to 19 years across our schools in Doncaster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting individuals on a 1:1 basis or as classroom support throughout the day
  • Managing behavior, supporting completion of assigned work, and helping individuals socialize and overcome social barriers
  • Providing care and support to children with profound and multiple learning difficulties in some schools

Requirements:

  • Background in education or a passion for learning
  • Experience working with children, either personally or professionally
  • Experience managing challenging behavior
  • Flexibility to travel to different school settings
  • Background in care is also desirable
  • Team Teach or Moving and Handling Training is preferred but not required
