We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Head Chef to join our team at PART & COMPANY Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen brigade and delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of chefs in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and concepts
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff scheduling
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
- Collaborate with the Chef Patron to develop and implement culinary strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Head Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of modern British cuisine
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
