Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's growth and success. You will work closely with our executive team to provide guidance on HR-related matters and ensure that our HR practices are aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's growth and success.
  • Provide guidance on HR-related matters to our executive team and ensure that our HR practices are aligned with our business objectives.
  • Oversee the administration of employee relations, including recruitment, training, and development.
  • Manage employee communications and ensure that all employees are informed about company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct performance management and provide coaching and development opportunities to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage the HR budget and ensure that all HR-related expenses are within budget.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the company's goals and objectives.
