About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrator to join our team at Watches of Switzerland Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our employees and clients, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Manage our office systems, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and employees, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Assist with special projects and events, including coordinating logistics and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and employees.
