Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for projects, ensuring alignment with Mace's commitment to net zero carbon emissions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable project plans, minimizing environmental impact throughout the lifecycle.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial viability while adhering to ethical and legal compliance standards.
  • Mentor and coach project teams, fostering a culture of sustainability and continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in sustainable construction and infrastructure development.
Your Expertise:

We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of success in project management, coupled with a deep understanding of sustainability principles.

  • Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
  • Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes.
  • Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
  • Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
