Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Matching invoices with purchase orders to ensure accurate payment
  • Resolving price and quantity discrepancies to prevent errors
  • Organizing invoices for approval and ensuring timely payment
  • Reconciling supplier statements to maintain accurate financial records
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Processing expense claims and maintaining a record of company expenses

Requirements

  • Previous experience in accounts payable or a related field
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
