Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Windows System Administrator to join our team at Next Ventures. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for overseeing, optimizing, and maintaining Windows Server environments, ensuring seamless collaboration with development teams, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Windows Server Environment Management: Oversee and optimize Windows Server environments to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.
  • Issue Identification and Resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, providing efficient solutions that meet our clients' expectations.
  • System Updates and Maintenance: Ensure timely system updates, patches, and backups are performed to maintain the integrity of our clients' systems.
  • Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with development teams to ensure best practices are followed, and solutions are delivered efficiently.
  • Security Compliance: Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures to protect our clients' data and systems.
  • Project Support: Provide technical support and deliverables to project teams, ensuring successful project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Education: Completed degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Strong experience as a Windows System Administrator, with expertise in Windows operating systems and Active Directory.
  • Team Player: Accomplished team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Cloud Integration: Experience working on projects within Financial Services is an advantage.
