Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Barista Team Member to join our EG Group team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a positive attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
