We are seeking a versatile Industrial Maintenance Technician to enhance our large-scale manufacturing facility in Banbury.

Our existing team of over 20 skilled technicians possesses extensive expertise, and we are looking to grow this team due to internal advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
Your duties will encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Repairing and maintaining equipment such as fillers, gearboxes, packers, shafts, and conveyors.
  • Conducting mechanical fault diagnosis and gaining exposure to PLC troubleshooting and modifications across various PLC systems, including Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Allan Bradley.

Experience Required:
We are looking for candidates with a truly multi-skilled approach to their work as an Industrial Maintenance Technician.

  • Comfortable with both electrical and mechanical fault diagnosis.
  • Experience in PLC troubleshooting is highly advantageous, and modification skills are beneficial but not essential.

Minimum of 3 years' experience as a multi-skilled technician in an industrial setting. Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or packaging lines is advantageous but not essential.
