Join Our Team as a Guest Services Associate

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Guest Services Associate within our esteemed hospitality group. This role offers a commitment of 16 hours per week, with competitive pay rates.

As a vital member of our team, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, utilizing your engaging personality and exceptional customer service skills to ensure guests feel at home from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks, from crafting delightful beverages to serving meals, and collaborating with the housekeeping team to maintain impeccable room standards.

COMPENSATION:
Competitive hourly wage, with rates starting from £ up to £ per hour.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:
Fixed-term contract – we prioritize stability over zero-hour contracts.

WORKING HOURS:
16 hours per week, distributed over 4 days, providing guaranteed hours for your convenience.

Shifts may include breakfast hours from 7am to 11am or 8am to 12pm, and evening shifts from 5pm to 9/10pm.

LOCATION:
Our esteemed hospitality venue.

We require availability across mornings and evenings, including weekdays and weekends.
