We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Esquire Retail Ltd T/A Clintons. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading and motivating our store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and till management.
- Team Leadership: Support and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Loss Prevention: Work closely with the Loss Prevention team to implement control measures to prevent internal and external theft and system errors.
- Store Management: Run the store in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Sales and Profitability: Drive sales and profitability of the store, achieving outstanding results.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain high visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store is well-presented at all times.
- Stock Control: Assist with stock deliveries, manage stock control, and conduct stock counts in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Sales Opportunities: Maximise sales opportunities, engaging with customers to drive sales and revenue.
- Till Operations: Operate the till effectively and efficiently.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the store team to meet and exceed store objectives.
- Personal Excellence: Strive for personal excellence in all aspects of the role.
Requirements:
- Ability to travel to other stores as required.
- Availability to work across the working week, including weekends, early mornings, and late nights, as contract required.
