**Job Summary:**
As a Commissions Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate calculation, reporting, and analysis of sales commissions. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and HR teams to design and implement effective commission structures that align with company goals and drive performance. Accurately calculate sales commissions based on established plans and policies, ensuring timely and error-free payments to the sales team.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement in commission structures.
- Plan Design: Collaborate with sales and HR teams to design and refine commission plans that motivate and reward sales performance while aligning with company objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure all commission calculations and payments comply with internal policies and external regulations.
- System Management: Maintain and update commission tracking systems and tools, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain accurate and efficient commission calculation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement commission structures.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
**Requirements:**
- 2+ years of experience in a commissions analyst or similar role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with commission software and CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data processing.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements related to commissions.
