Position Overview
Role: Systems Integration Specialist

As a Systems Integration Specialist, you will leverage your engineering expertise to devise and implement solutions to challenges encountered throughout our product development lifecycle.

This pivotal position involves synthesizing components and systems to create a cohesive System of Systems.

You will oversee the integration of engineering across all facets of Air platforms and products, encompassing every phase of the engineering lifecycle—from initial concept to final delivery. Your responsibilities will include managing the evolution of our engineering solutions, addressing any necessary corrective actions, and upholding high standards along with robust engineering governance.

You may choose to focus on areas such as System Architecture, System Design, Configuration Management, Requirements Analysis, or Qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will engage in tasks appropriate to the internal level of this position.

This role will encompass, but is not limited to, the following:

You will oversee the integration of engineering across all aspects of Air platforms and products, covering every stage in the engineering lifecycle—from concept to delivery. You will manage the progression of our engineering solutions, implementing any corrective measures as needed, while ensuring high standards and effective engineering governance.

Qualifications:
- Degree in a STEM field or HND/HNC with substantial experience in the Engineering Lifecycle.
- Proven experience in an engineering integration setting. Candidates from Aerospace, Automotive, Rail, and Nuclear sectors are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with Model-Based Engineering methodologies and associated tools (e.g., Teamcenter PLM, DOORs, CAMEO, MATLAB, ANSYS).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills at all organizational levels.
