Job Summary:
We are seeking a part-time, Level 3 qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Bright Horizons Winchester Day Nursery and Preschool.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a reputable and well-established nursery, providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging activities to support children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Foster strong relationships with parents and caregivers through regular communication and updates.
- Ensure child welfare, safety, and safeguarding practices are upheld at all times.
- Maintain a positive and safe environment for all children, staff, and visitors.
Requirements:
- Early Years qualification Level 3 or higher (required).
- Previous experience in childcare settings, preferably in a nursery or preschool environment.
- Enthusiasm for creating engaging learning experiences that promote children's development.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with both children and adults.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection regulations.
