As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, while also supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Conduct regular supervisions and appraisals to ensure staff are meeting their full potential
  • Administer medication and complete assessments and care plans as required
  • Work closely with the Deputy Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the care home
Requirements
  • Hold a RQF diploma in Social Care Level 2 (or equivalent) with previous experience in providing care at a similar level
  • Have a strong understanding of care principles and practices
  • Be able to work effectively as part of a team and provide leadership and guidance to others
