Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CBRE GWS. As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day delivery of planned and reactive maintenance tasks across various sites in the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver maintenance services in accordance with CBRE procedures and policies.
  • Ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of M&E plant and equipment and services.
  • Comply with and maintain records for all Quality Management Systems.
  • Participate in the contract Call Out System and assist with reactive repairs and PPMs.
  • Represent CBRE at client meetings and report back on actions taken.
  • Prioritize and delegate tasks to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Ensure Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules.
  • Utilize contract Help Desk and PPM systems.

Accountabilities

  • Reporting to the Contract Manager.
  • Accountable to the Contract Manager.
  • Accountable for keeping CBRE & SSL logbooks up to date.
  • Ensuring all CBRE QHSE procedures are followed.

Person Specification

  • Good basic education with good written and spoken English and basic mathematical skills.
  • Recognised technical qualifications to carry out the role of Electrical Engineer.
  • Recognised Electrical Qualifications (essential).
  • Recognised mechanical qualifications (desirable).
  • Knowledge of other building services is an advantage.
  • Experience working to Planned Preventative Maintenance Regimes.
  • Fault finding on electrical circuits.
  • Knowledge of lone working requirements.
  • Risk Assessment trained.
  • Must be flexible regarding working hours.
  • Must be available to join a call-out rota.
  • Must be willing to travel between CBRE sites when required.
  • Driving Licence essential.

£39,000.00-£44,000.00 per year
