Your primary focus will be on delivering consistent and reliable HR services, including employment law, case management, recruitment expertise, and leadership development. You will use your experience and knowledge to maximise impact and add value in key areas such as change management, employee engagement, recruitment, and employee relations. Key responsibilities include supporting the Director with HR-related policies and practices, engaging business areas with the strategic HR agenda, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and driving the delivery of the People Plan. You will also assist in building strong talent pipelines and workforce planning. To be successful in this role, you will need to be a graduate member or working towards CIPD, have experience in a generalist HR role, and be able to analyse data and produce reports. You will also need to have knowledge of advising managers on HR-related procedures, casework, change management, and policy interpretation.
