Legal Counsel

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our Global Liquidity Management Solutions Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide legal support to our business, including advising on new products and country expansions, drafting of product agreements, and negotiating commercial/banking/finance related contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide legal support to the business, including advising on new products and country expansions.
- Draft and review product agreements, including Deposits and Investments, Cash Concentration, Cash Pooling, and Money Market Funds.
- Negotiate commercial/banking/finance related contracts, including non-standard transactions and negotiations.
- Coordinate multi-jurisdictional transactions and review information provided by foreign legal counsel.
- Advising on legal and regulatory developments relevant to the Global Liquidity Management Solutions business.
- Minimum 2.1 classification law degree required.
- Experience gained in private practice or in an in-house legal department.
- Experience of negotiating commercial/banking/finance related contracts is helpful.
- Experience in general corporate banking and/or corporate legal work involving advisory work and transactions.
