We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Travel and Tourism Lecturer to cover on an ongoing basis.

As a Travel and Tourism Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lectures and demonstrations to students studying Travel and Tourism at C&G (level 3).

You will also be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive course material that aligns with the curriculum objectives, monitoring and assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate their academic development.

Collaboration with colleagues to continuously improve the curriculum, incorporating the latest industry trends and advancements, is also an essential part of this role.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and high-quality lectures and demonstrations to students studying Travel and Tourism at C&G (level 3).
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive course material that aligns with the curriculum objectives.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate their academic development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the curriculum, incorporating the latest industry trends and advancements.
Requirements
  • A HNC or above in Travel and Tourism, or industry experience.
  • Prior teaching or training experience.
  • A teaching qualification is advantageous but not essential - Experience will also be considered.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
