Job Title: Global M&A Workstream Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global M&A Workstream Lead to join our team at Informa PLC. As a key member of our global finance shared services delivery organisation, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading global R2R activities and deliverables in all integration and change projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the COE and T&FA lead on behalf of the FSSDO for all disposals, acquisitions, restructuring, integrations, and other strategic project activities.
  • Ensure that operational COE and T&FA requirements (including resourcing) are captured and considered at the planning stages and throughout each project.
  • Lead and coordinate on behalf of the global R2R community to ensure that delivery teams meet deliverables required to support change initiatives at all times.
Requirements:
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with at least 5 years PQE.
  • Experience with multiple disposal, M&A integration projects.
  • Deep experience of complex COE.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, including a wide range of stakeholders within the business.
  • Continuously drives and improves processes and systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Pro-active and takes initiative, encouraging teams to do the same.
  • Knowledge and ability to use relevant internal systems.
  • Act with integrity, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Excellent influencing skills.
  • Highly organised, diligent with attention to detail, and the ability to maintain these skills while working under pressure.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Impactful and confident presentation skills.
