About the Role
At Krinvest Care Group, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Mapleford nursing home in Huncoat.

We are looking for an individual who can provide high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their dignity and individuality.

Key Responsibilities

You will work closely with our team to ensure that residents receive the best possible care, including personal care, mobility assistance, and food support.

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our Service Users with their immediate needs, such as personal care, dressing, washing, and light housekeeping.

You will also be required to work as part of a team to achieve required standards and provide support to our residents in their daily activities.

The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills, be honest, trustworthy, and empathetic, and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additionally, you will need to be flexible and willing to work shifts, including weekends and nights, and have a clear, current enhanced DBS.
