The Role:

As a Graduate Field Sales Executive with BMS Performance, you will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of customers within three channels: independent retail, grocery, and franchises, as well as petrol stations.

Conducting multiple store visits a day, you will be responsible for retailer education, including training store staff on brand retention, gaining market share, merchandising, and marketing products effectively.

You will sell a wide range of FMCG brands and add-ons, upselling and developing strong relationships with business owners, their employees, and wholesalers.

Responsibilities as a Graduate Field Sales Executive will include:

  • Maintaining and developing an existing account base
  • Learning while gaining fantastic commercial exposure
  • Being the face of the company and building excellent rapport with accounts
  • Field sales management/account management
  • Full UK driving license
