About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Insights Manager to join our team at Imperial Brands PLC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the Regional Insight Director across a range of insight activities related to business planning coordination, performance management, and pricing escalation processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver the Regional Business Plan, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Partner with relevant colleagues to develop models, templates, and assets to support key business deliverables, including the Regional Business Plan, Target Setting, Market Size & Share dashboards, etc.
  • Support Clusters in developing their respective parts of the business plans, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach.
  • Lead performance management initiatives, including regional, EXCOM, and board-level performance management requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with key industry regulations, market, and consumer changes and trends, providing insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience in business planning coordination, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality plans.
  • Adept at telling stories in a persuasive, articulate, and engaging way, challenging stakeholder perspectives.
  • Strong analysis skills, with the ability to work with multiple data sources, prioritize key areas of investigation, and apply sound interpretation to findings.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Occasional international travel may be required for this role.
