Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Primary Education Support Professional to join our team at a reputable school in Tower Hamlets, London. As an Early Years Education Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Class Teacher with the planning and delivery of learning activities, ensuring a high-quality educational experience for young students in Nursery and Reception.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise small groups of children and provide individual support as needed
  • Assist the Class Teacher in planning and preparing learning activities that cater to the diverse needs of students
  • Work closely with the teaching team to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth
Requirements
  • Minimum 2:1 Degree from a Top 20 UK University
  • Experience working with children in a educational setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
