About the Role

We are seeking a patient and calm individual to join our team as a Community Care Assistant. As a Community Care Assistant, you will be working with our clients in their own homes, providing support with personal care, administration of medication, shopping, and accompanying them to appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Administering medication and assisting with daily living tasks
  • Accompanying clients to appointments and providing transportation
  • Assisting with light housework and domestic tasks
  • Providing companionship and social support to clients
