eXPD8 is seeking a skilled Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team in the Farnham area. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will work with high street retailers on behalf of iconic household name brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies, and health and safety protocols.
  • Product Placement and Replenishment: Arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Building: Build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.

Requirements:

  • Experience in merchandising, retail, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions.
  • Pride in delivering high standards and service for clients.
  • Comfortable with manual handling and willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items.
  • Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about tasks.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car.
