Estate Agent Senior Negotiator

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic residential sales team in Purley, working in our well-established Bairstow Eves estate agency.

The primary objective of this role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales, and progress sales through to exchange and completion. You will also be responsible for optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
Requirements and Skills- IT literacy (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
