About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join eXPD8, a leading field marketing agency, as a Retail Merchandising Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective merchandising of products within retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure fixtures are set up effectively and products are displayed attractively.
  • Responsible for ensuring shelves are well-stocked and products are replenished as needed.
  • Work closely with instore colleagues to maintain good working relationships and provide accurate feedback to our client account teams.
  • Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Use your own initiative to find solutions and take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience of merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with manual handling and able to move and arrange products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car is a bonus.
