We are assisting a prestigious car dealership in Stockport in finding an experienced Workshop Controller to oversee and manage the daily workloads for 20 technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the 7 Service Advisors to manage expectations and maximise the efficiency and performance of the workshop.
- Accurately record Technician time and write technical reports and recommendations.
- Work with the Service Advisors to ensure service standards with customers are met.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5:30pm and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8:30am-12:30noon.
About the Role: As Workshop Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the workshop, supporting the service advisors, and maintaining high service standards.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
