We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to join our team at Omega Resource Group. As a Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our client's fleet management operations are in compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and track compliance schedules for all vehicle types
- Chase compliance bookings and liaise with vendors, drivers, and customers
- Ensure all required job types are booked within the specified date or date range
- Update data in a timely and accurate manner
- Highlight any incorrect contact data to specified account contacts
- Report any slippage to fleet contacts and account contacts
- Confirm booking dates with all parties
- Act as a point of contact for other departments for changes in bookings or information needed
- Follow up on bookings to ensure completion and pass
- Assist with gathering documents required as proof of completion
- Experience with O'licence requirements, including MOTs, PMIs, Laden Brake Tests, Tachograph Calibrations, and Loler certification
- Ability to demonstrate experience and understanding of various inspection intervals and scheduling of events
- Experience working in a transport team or department with exposure to planning and service scheduling
- Experience administering a fleet of HGVs
- Experience with transport planning and scheduling
- Experience working in a customer service-related role, ideally in a service or contact centre environment
- Ability to work in a pressurized environment and remain calm, empathetic, and professional in difficult situations
- Comfortable working to targets and deadlines
- Death in Service - 4 x salary
