- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders, including finance and IT teams.
- Ability to work in a hybrid working environment, with a focus on flexibility and work-life balance.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is essential, with a degree in accountancy, economics, or business.
