Hales Group is seeking a skilled Legal Assistant or Litigation Support Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess the capability to handle a diverse range of Litigation cases and have prior experience in a Litigation or Dispute Resolution environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage various administrative tasks, including correspondence, document organization, case file management, and maintaining up-to-date records in the internal case management system.
- Address client inquiries effectively and support the team with communication, including phone calls with clients, Counsel, and the Courts.
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and manage workload independently.
