Role Summary

We are seeking a UAV Technical Consultant to become a vital part of our expanding technical division. This role is pivotal in delivering technical knowledge and support for our drone and UAV offerings. The ideal candidate will engage closely with clients, sales personnel, and product teams to ensure the effective implementation and functionality of drone systems. Additionally, the consultant will be instrumental in troubleshooting, training, and conveying technical information to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical assistance to clients and sales teams regarding our drone and UAV offerings.
  • Collaborate with service providers, vendors, and technical teams to resolve any challenges.
  • Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing prompt solutions, including minor field repairs.
  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of our drone and UAV products, encompassing features, specifications, and applications.
  • Keep abreast of the latest advancements in drone technology and industry standards.
  • Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, user manuals, and support resources.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison for clients, addressing inquiries and delivering solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and partners.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to guide product enhancements and new feature development.
  • Provide technical insights for marketing materials, including brochures and case studies.
  • Engage in product testing and validation to uphold quality and performance benchmarks.
  • Develop educational content such as webinars, tutorials, and technical articles.

  • GVC Qualification.
