Auditor (Permanent) - Integrated Management System

Vulcain Engineering - UK is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Auditor (Permanent) to join our Technical Communities based in the South West of England. As an Auditor (Permanent), you will be responsible for completing and leading internal audits of the effective deployment of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
Key Responsibilities- Develop a risk-based internal management system audit programme to provide assurance that IMS processes are operated in conformance to requirements.
- Liaise with Environmental and Health and Safety functions to capture their inputs into the development of the Integrated Management System Audit Schedule.
- Engage and coordinate existing pool of management system auditors.
- Define scope, criteria, and objectives for each IMS audit and ensure requirements are understood by assigned auditor.
- Ensure audits are planned effectively with engagement of stakeholders and auditees.
- Identify and categorise findings - Non-Conformances, Observations, Good Practices, and Opportunities for Improvements.
- Produce accurate audit reports, internally review, and publish within agreed timescales.
- Monitor process non-conformance within organisational learning and improvement tool to ensure NCs are closed in a timely manner.
- Undertake monitoring, measurement, and analysis of audit results to identify improvement opportunities.
- IRCA Lead auditor qualification (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015).
- Experience in application of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standard in a multidisciplinary project environment.
- Self-managing with strong organisational skills.
- Act as a strong advocate for best practice, able to support and defend practical deployment and solutions.
- Analysis of data, preparing reports, and making recommendations.
- Ability to influence and provide constructive challenge accepted by others.
