Private Client Lawyer Opportunity

Our client is seeking a dedicated Private Client Lawyer and will consider a Newly Qualified with at least a relevant Private Client seat - either as a Solicitor or Legal Executive, to enhance their busy Private Client Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration, Planning, Trusts, and Court of Protection work.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the firm's Private Client Department.
Requirements
  • Robust background in Private Client work, showcasing expertise in Estate Administration, Estate Planning, Drafting of Wills, and Powers of Attorney.
  • Positive, team-oriented, and driven by a desire to deliver outstanding client service.
  • Self-motivation and relationship-building skills are paramount, as is a professional, friendly, and empathetic demeanour.
