The Digital Director Performance Media is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the company's SEO strategy and team. This includes planning, managing, and directing the overall SEO operations, as well as building and directing strategy in the gaming and online gambling space, and deep experience in the sports sector for multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the in-house SEO team and manage vendors, agencies, and consultants.
  • Plan, develop, and implement SEO strategy and align with the business's overall goals and objectives.
  • Formulate SEO strategies in conjunction with the Director of Content to ensure content production uses SEO best practices and quality standards.
  • Develop and improve the SEO process across all three pillars: Technology, Relevance, and Authority.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years experience in the gaming, online gambling, and sports sectors.
  • 5+ years strong experience in SEO strategy and team management.
  • Comfortable balancing shifting priorities while under deadline, maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience optimizing websites and landing pages with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Solid knowledge and work experience with website development processes.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other industry standard SEO tools.
  • Understanding of DNS, CDNs, and web hosting infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent project planning and management skills.
Leadership and Team Management:
  • Managing team performance effectively through ongoing performance management.
  • Leading by example and delivering positive results.
  • Communicating effectively and ensuring information is delivered in a clear and timely manner.
