Electrical Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Clays Limited. As a key member of our Engineering department, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all factory machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal production levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and diagnose faulty machinery, implementing timely repairs and maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Perform reactive and preventative maintenance on a wide range of binding and printing equipment, ensuring smooth operation and high-quality output.
- Liaise with external contractors and OEMs as necessary, sourcing and ordering machine parts and supplies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals, providing support and expertise as required.
- Contribute to the development of improved working practices and procedures, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our Engineering team.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-focused individual with a strong background in electrical engineering and maintenance. You will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Key qualifications include:
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Demonstrable workplace experience and multi-skilled qualification/conversion training.
- HNC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline (desirable).
- Full, clean driving license (desired).
- Contributory Pension.
