Head Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at The Gregory in Harlaxton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional British dining experiences to our customers.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-volume kitchens, creating innovative menus, and leading a team of chefs to achieve high standards of food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase modern British cuisine.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive commercial performance.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a passion for modern British cuisine.
  • Financially astute, with the ability to manage budgets and drive commercial performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
