GH Engage Limited is a dynamic and rapidly growing MEP building services contractor, seeking a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Central London.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated professional to join our commercial team, contributing to the ongoing success and future growth of our organization.


This position offers the chance to lead a small team of M&E Quantity Surveyors as you establish yourself within the company. We are committed to fostering personal development and career advancement, recognizing that our growth is intertwined with the growth of our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Contracts Managers to procure Sub-Contractor packages and prepare Sub-Contract documentation.
  • Work between project sites and the head office in London.
  • Manage projects with MEP values starting from £5 million.
  • Travel between various London sites and the Central Head office as required.
  • Oversee projects from initial conception through to final handover.
  • Monitor the progress of ongoing works.
  • Prepare and submit contractual notices and correspondence to Clients and Sub-Contractors.
  • Handle the preparation, submission, and agreement of Interim Applications and Final Accounts.
  • Develop cash flows, monthly cost reports, and budget analyses.
  • Participate in monthly commercial meetings to provide updates on contract negotiations and project performance.
  • Compile monthly progress reports for the Contracts team and Commercial Manager.
  • Manage material and subcontractor procurement, valuation of works, and financial reporting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and consultants.


Be accountable for ensuring the successful financial delivery of projects by controlling costs, managing monthly valuations, and overseeing variations and change orders.


Collaborate with contracts, estimating, and pre-construction teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of each project scope.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Expertise in procurement processes.
  • Experience in pricing and issuing variations.
  • Management of all sub-contractor accounts.
  • Client application management.
  • Client and sub-contractor engagement.
  • Preparation of indicative reports.
  • Cost reporting and analysis.
  • Issuance of payment certificates.
  • Cash flow forecasting and material scheduling.
Compensation Package:

A competitive salary based on experience, fully expensed travel, a contributory pension scheme, guaranteed bonuses based on personal and company performance, and 25 days of annual leave.
