Job Overview

Mitchell Maguire is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Industrial Roofing and Cladding projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including site managers, engineers, and contractors
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the industrial roofing and cladding sector
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar tools
