Position Overview:

Penguin Recruitment is a prominent consultancy specializing in sustainability solutions, engaging in a variety of multidisciplinary projects across diverse sectors.

We are currently seeking a Sustainability Advisor to enhance our team of Energy and Low Carbon specialists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting policy research related to Local Planning Authorities to determine requirements for planning submissions.
  • Creating sustainability reports to accompany planning applications.
  • Assisting with GRESB Real Estate benchmark submissions by reviewing energy and waste performance data for asset management funds.

Qualifications:
  • A relevant degree in sustainability or environmental science, with demonstrable knowledge of energy and sustainability regulations and standards.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a Sustainability Consultant capacity.
  • Familiarity with sustainability assessment methodologies such as BREEAM.
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in report writing.
  • A valid UK driving license.
  • Knowledge of Net-Zero Carbon initiatives and Dynamic Simulation Modelling is a plus.
