We provide a competitive base salary of £25,000 along with an uncapped commission structure, with an expected total earnings of £50k.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure every client is engaged, experiences our design excellence, and is guided towards their ideal kitchen solution.
- Identify and pursue additional avenues to enhance showroom sales.
- Collaborate with the General Manager in recruiting and nurturing exceptional talent to drive the showroom's success.
- Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who possess:
- A demonstrated history of success in a high-ticket retail setting.
- A sales-oriented mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach.
- The ability to coach, motivate, and inspire team members to meet key performance indicators.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for training or regional engagements.
