Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Media Manager to join our team at Iceland Food Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our company-wide Paid Media strategy, driving traffic and revenue growth through Paid Social, PPC, Google Shopping, and Display channels.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Paid Media strategy, aligning with our business objectives and goals.
  • Manage and develop direct report Paid Media Managers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Promote best practices across our Paid Media channels, ensuring consistency and efficiency in our marketing efforts.
  • Optimize Paid Media campaigns daily to maximize revenue and ROI, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Manage Paid Media budgets and activity, ensuring effective use of resources and achieving desired outcomes.
  • Define Paid Media KPI frameworks and reporting processes, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Conduct ad hoc research, analysis, and troubleshooting as required by the business, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs.
  • Excellent project management and time management skills, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects to ambitious deadlines.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills, able to articulate Paid Media channel details in a clear and concise manner.
  • Attention to detail and ability to create reports in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics.
