Primary Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance Management:
Develop and uphold quality assurance protocols and methodologies to ensure all products align with industry benchmarks and client specifications.

Inspection and Evaluation:

Supervise and execute inspections and evaluations of aerospace components, such as aero-engine casings, nacelle beams, and engine mounts, to confirm adherence to established specifications.


Non-Conformance Oversight:
Detect, document, and manage instances of non-conformance, collaborating closely with production teams to implement corrective measures and avert future occurrences.

Continuous Quality Improvement:
Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department, concentrating on enhancing product quality, optimizing processes, and minimizing waste.

Documentation and Analysis:
Ensure the maintenance of precise and current documentation, including inspection reports, quality records, and audit outcomes. Provide regular updates on quality performance to management.

Client Quality Engagement:

Serve as a liaison for customer quality concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and fostering strong relationships with clients.


Compliance Assurance:
Guarantee that all processes and products meet pertinent industry standards and regulatory requirements, including AS9100 and other relevant certifications.

Essential Qualifications:

Professional Experience:

Demonstrated experience as a Quality Engineer within the aerospace manufacturing sector, particularly focusing on aerostructures and metallic components.


Technical Expertise:
Profound understanding of quality assurance principles, inspection methodologies, and industry standards, including AS9100.

Analytical Skills:
Exceptional analytical abilities, with a talent for identifying root causes and executing effective corrective actions.

Detail Orientation:
Strong attention to detail, committed to upholding the highest quality standards.

Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and engaging with customers.
