Senior Digital Marketing Role

ClearCompany is seeking a highly experienced Senior Digital Marketing professional to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving and delivering innovative digital marketing strategies across performance marketing and paid channels.

About the Role

This is a critical SLT role that requires a strong background in digital marketing, performance, and paid channels. You will be responsible for managing a significant budget and delivering best-in-class customer experiences and online presence. You will work closely with our brand, product, CRM, lifecycle, and ecommerce optimization teams to drive consistent growth and expansion online.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across performance marketing and paid channels
  • Manage a significant budget to deliver best-in-class customer experiences and online presence
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive consistent growth and expansion online
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and up-to-date with platform and tech advancements
Requirements
  • Extensive digital marketing, performance, and paid background with strong in-platform experience
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership role within digital with strong cross-functional working abilities
  • Strong experience in retail, agency, ecommerce, or pureplay environments
  • Highly analytical and data-driven background
