We are seeking a highly skilled PHP Developer to join our team at Oliver Bernard, a leading fintech company in the UK. As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new cutting-edge functionality to our platform.

Our company is a market-leading fintech with a global presence, boasting high-end offices in central London. We work in a hybrid environment, with Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday spent in the office.

About the Team

You will be joining an established PHP team during an exciting period of growth across our PHP development. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions and working closely with other teams to tackle important technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing new functionality to improve scalability and performance
  • Collaborating with the team to resolve technical challenges and improve the overall quality of our platform
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest PHP development trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Strong commercial PHP development experience
  • Laravel is our framework of choice
  • Knowledge of React or Vue.JS
  • AWS / GCP knowledge is a bonus
  • Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
