We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary **Technical Director** to join our team at United Living Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our technical strategy and driving innovation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technical strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives growth.
- Lead and inspire technical teams, setting clear goals and providing guidance to ensure high performance and innovation.
- Define and implement technical roadmaps that support our strategic goals and growth plans.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends, recommending strategic initiatives to leverage new opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.
- Oversee the development of long-term technical plans and ensure they are integrated with our business strategy.
- Manage and oversee the execution of major technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to deliver complex solutions and address any technical challenges.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for senior executives, stakeholders, and clients, communicating technical vision and progress.
- Collaborate with other departments and business units to align technical initiatives with organizational needs and priorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and technology providers.
- Ensure that all technical activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Establish and enforce technical policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects and initiatives.
- Manage technical risk and ensure that appropriate measures are in place to mitigate potential issues.
- Drive innovation by identifying and adopting cutting-edge technologies and methodologies that improve business performance.
- Oversee the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new tools and technologies that align with our technical vision.
- Encourage a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the technical teams.
- Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in a senior technical leadership role, with a proven track record of managing large-scale technical projects and teams.
- Deep understanding of technology trends, software development, system architecture, and enterprise-level solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide technical teams, manage cross-functional projects, and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute long-term technical plans and initiatives.
- Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
- Experience with cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies.
- Proven experience in technology transformation and digital innovation.
