Role Overview

As an essential member of the St. Andrew's security team, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing security systems and maintaining accurate records. Your duties will encompass:

  • Managing keys and access for staff and visitors
  • Responding to and managing emergency situations, including fire and intrusion alarms
  • Ensuring the safety and security of the premises

Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • Relevant experience in the healthcare sector or a related field
  • Background in security operations
  • Proficiency in security systems
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and reliability to work a 12-hour shift pattern, both day and night
  • A customer-focused mindset
  • Initiative while adhering to safety policies and secure standards
  • ESSENTIAL - A Full UK Driving Licence is required
