Role Overview
As an essential member of the St. Andrew's security team, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing security systems and maintaining accurate records. Your duties will encompass:
- Managing keys and access for staff and visitors
- Responding to and managing emergency situations, including fire and intrusion alarms
- Ensuring the safety and security of the premises
Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who possess:
- Relevant experience in the healthcare sector or a related field
- Background in security operations
- Proficiency in security systems
- Strong communication abilities
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility and reliability to work a 12-hour shift pattern, both day and night
- A customer-focused mindset
- Initiative while adhering to safety policies and secure standards
- ESSENTIAL - A Full UK Driving Licence is required
